This project was to transform Matt & Sharon’s heritage Californian bungalow in Geelong West to become a beautiful, durable, and energy-efficient family home.

The original house underwent a full renovation and extension, including a whole-house energy performance upgrade to 6.5 stars — delivering better performance than most new builds. 

Project Highlights: All floors, walls, and ceilings insulated.  Airtightness membranes added and upgraded glazing throughout to double-glazed windows, upgraded services and systems; 8kW rooftop solar PV and rainwater harvesting.
