Built by Devin Grant of Granted Construction, the home uses prefabricated structural insulated panels (SIPs) for the floor, walls, and roof — achieving exceptional airtightness, insulation, and speed of construction.
This certified Passive House Plus is fully electric and energy neutral, powered by a rooftop solar PV system that generates the majority of the home’s energy needs.
It is designed for ageing in place with accessibility measures such as a lift and accessible interiors.

Triple-glazed alu-clad windows (Logikhaus)
Heat recovery ventilation and reverse cycle heating/cooling
Rainwater harvesting
Low VOC and low embodied energy materials and low maintenance finishes.
